First, I would like to specify the packages that are worth considering, and that have demo available to test.

PBooks

PBooks is an active project with very clean and usefull interface. Still, it’s too much accounting and less business oriented.

Others

• PHP Invoice
  It’s commercial package. Simple PHP Invoicing. Some extra features, but nothing irresistible. Solid interface.

• Wheremymoneygo
  Its very simple Excell-like personal money tracking app. It looks not maintained from October 2006.

• XDB Money
  Personal expense and money tracking, but it has scheduled transactions with good graphing. No demo, and last update in 2004.

• phpRechnung
  Easy accounting with Croatian language (author). Nice and logical interface. Even if it’s not killer-app, this could be a good resource of understanding the English and German accounting phrases. Last release in 2006. It has only Income, not Payables. As it said in a name: Invoicing. Demo Available.

To be reviewed

• ValueERP, very interesting (used to be called Project Dot ERP)
• XRMS CRM, still to review

Dead or really basic projects

• The Address Book Reloaded, This is really not an CRM but I included it here for unknown reason
• Leopard CRM, the old open source version is really bad, and the new one is commercial
• ERPel, extremly basic. No purchasing at all
• ESM, really not very advanced, to be polite
• DeciGen, dead and abandoned
• Forth Valley CRM, really basic, dead site
• Pegasus CRM, dead
• EdgeERP (Business Accounting ERP) is really an WebERP. Really no time to analyse differences
• th-ERP is the same as some that I reviewed. Forgot wich one

FrontAccounting does not have Recurring Invoices, but it does had Dimensions. Anyway, I had a problem on Windows server (Apache) where this ERP shut down the apache process completely. So I would never risk to use it on a production Linux server.

Zaključak: posle mnoog drkanja, instalirao sam PostgreSQL (to je išlo normalno). Namučih se da proradi, i onda video da je to ustvari prepakovani WebERP.

Pronašao sama aktivniji fork ovoga, koji je vrlo sličan ali malo moderniji (http://frontaccounting.net/). Inače, ovo je čistokrvno knjigovodstvo,sa dodatcima ERP-a.

Mane

• Iako podržava UTF-8 (Unicode), nema predviđenu lokalizaciju (za sada).
• Ne radi Tax-ing sistem po proizvodu, nego samo po celoj fakturi.
• Telefoni se unose sedmocifrenim ciframa u formatu xxx-xxxx-xxx, ne može nikako drugačije.

Prednosti

• Skoro sve što je urađeno je baš kako treba, po meni.

Detaljniji pogled, prednosti:

• sasvim je korektno tehnički urađen. Sve je u Smarty templatingu, pa se može potpuno preurediti i ulepšati, pa čak i prevesti

Mane:

• on ustvari nema nikakvo vođenje lagera. Nema proizvode. Za svaki invoice možeš upisati šta god hoćeš.
• Naravno, nema nikakav Recurring Invoices ili slično.
